Dr. Nibin K P is a committed Paediatrician with strong clinical expertise in paediatric emergency care, critical care, and inpatient management. With over five years of experience in caring for infants, children, and adolescents, he is known for his calm approach, precise clinical judgment, and patient-centred communication. He completed his MBBS from Sree Gokulam Medical College, Trivandrum, and DNB Paediatrics from Holy Spirit Hospital, Mumbai, where he gained comprehensive training in both general paediatrics and neonatal care. His dedication to clinical excellence led him to pursue the prestigious IDPCCM Fellowship at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi—one of India’s leading centres for paediatric intensive care. As a PICU Fellow, he is actively involved in the management of critically ill children, including complex cardiac and postoperative cases in the Paediatric CTVS ICU. He is skilled in advanced life-saving procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, hemodialysis catheter insertion, arterial and venous cannulation, and ICD insertion. He also participates in academic teaching, journal clubs, and ventilation workshops, reflecting his passion for continuous learning. Before joining Apollo, he served as a Senior Resident at Indira Gandhi ESIC Hospital, New Delhi, managing paediatric OPD, IPD, and emergency services, and handling a wide range of acute and chronic clinical conditions. Dr. Nibin’s academic interests include paediatric critical care, advanced ventilation strategies, growth and nutrition, and evidence-based paediatric practice. His thesis on complementary feeding and child growth was accepted by the National Board of Examinations, highlighting his academic commitment. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, he is appreciated for his empathetic approach, clear explanation of medical conditions to families, and dedication to safe, ethical, and child-friendly care. He continues to contribute to the field through clinical practice, teaching, and ongoing professional development in paediatric critical care and ventilation.
