Dr. Abiya Salim is a highly qualified and experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist with an impressive academic background. She completed her M.B.B.S. from the prestigious Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram affiliated to Kerala University. She then went on to pursue her Post Graduation and obtained D.N.B. in Obstetrics and Gynecology from  National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.

As part of her academic curriculum, Dr. Abiya underwent specialized training in infertility treatment. She underwent specialised training in  Surgical Oncology at the Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum. Then Dr. Abiya Salim joined Kerala Government Health Services and worked for about three years in the Department Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Government District Hospital (Women and Children)  Palakkad, which is functioning as the hospital of  Government Medical College Palakkad, wherein Dr. Abiya has honed her skills in providing comprehensive care for women throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period. She has also dealt with a wide range of gynecological problems, has performed various  surgical procedures related to the reproductive system and has ample knowledge in antenatal and gynaec ultrasound.

Dr. Abiya Salim has recently joined Almas Hospital Kottakkal, where she is looking forward to contributing her skills and knowledge to the health and well-being of her patients.
